Getting help and reporting
This page explains how to ask questions about the game, how to report to admins and which commands fix a stuck character.

1. Asking questions

/n question | Asks in the newbie channel, where anyone can answer. You can use it once every 10 seconds. |
/helpme text | Asks helpers and staff for help. You cancel the request with /cancelhelpme. |
/help keyword | Searches the commands. |

2. Reporting to admins
- Type
/report ID text. If no other player is involved, type only the text. - Once an admin takes your report, talk to them with
/re text. - If the problem is solved or you sent the report by mistake, cancel it with
/cancelreport.
- You type/report 23 Rammed me with a car three times in the Legion Square car park without a word.
Tip
Your report must say who (their server ID), where and what happened. Attach a screen recording if you have one. You can see which admins are online with /admins.
3. Character recovery

/fixfall | Your character keeps falling (once every 60 seconds) |
/dim | You are in the wrong world. If you are indoors, it takes you to the building entrance. |
/resetcursor | The mouse is stuck on a menu |
/fixveh | You want your empty spawned car brought to you |
/vflip | Your car is upside down (once every 30 seconds) |
/fixrevive | A bug leaves you stuck in the down state |
/selectchar | You want to go back to character selection |
