Motel and housing
This page explains how to rent a motel room, how to buy a home and how to use storage.

- A motel room costs $40 a day, and you pay for 1–7 days in advance.
- The room’s storage holds up to 10kg.
- You can collect stored items for 3 days after the rental ends.
- A home you buy is charged property tax every week, starting 7 days after the purchase.
1. Motel
- Press
Eat the motel desk. - Choose 1–7 days and pay by cash or bank. The room costs $40 a day.
- Store your items in the storage of the room you are given. It holds up to 10kg.
- You extend your stay at the desk. If you turn on auto-extend, $40 is charged every day. Auto-extend is off by default.
Warning
When the rental ends, you must leave the room. You must collect your stored items at the desk within 3 days, or they are deleted.
2. Buying a home
- You see the details and the price of a property with
/pmenuin front of the building. - You go in with
/enter, leave with/exitand lock the door with/propertylock. - You open the storage with
/pinvand place furniture with/furniture. - To give someone a key, type
/givepropertykey ID. You see a list of your buildings with/myhouse.

Property tax is deducted from your bank account. If it goes unpaid for 3 weeks, you can no longer sell the building or change its rent terms until you pay.
