Starting RP
This page explains how to start talking to a stranger and how to keep the conversation going.
Summary
- One reason to talk, such as asking for directions, is enough to start a scene.
- Your character does not know a stranger’s name until they hear it.
- Write one or two lines at a time and wait for the other player to answer.
- Asking questions is the easiest way to keep a conversation going.

- Maria Lopez says: I could tell. Looking for work?
- Tony Russo says: Yeah, nothing yet. Know any place?

3. Keeping the conversation going
